Refunds:
I run a full refund system should the proof copy not meet your expectations. Should your player get injured or I don’t get enough shots of him to do a book justice you can have a full refund. Nothing's committed until you approve the proof.
If you do order during an event I will add your player to my "Book Target List" and will be working hard to get as many shots of your player as I can at the next match. (Its so much easier when you know who you are looking for... obvious no ?? you can always ask for a refund. )
When its all over I will be in touch regarding photo selection and proofing.
Book Queue
Orders hit me like a Tsunami at the end of an event. Books take time to get right so I run a "Book Queue" which is based on payment date and customer response. It ranges from just a few days to many weeks. It all depends on the demand from an event and speed of customer response during proofing and if we need to dig out the images from the archive. Books take 14 days from proof approval.
Changes & Proofing
Nothing is printed until you give the OK. At the proofing stage you get an opportunity to a make some changes. Some clients just love the books as they are in Proof #1, others would like to personally design it themselves. With changes, the intention is not to redesign the book, (you will have to give us some “Artistic licence” on this), but to make sure that there are no obvious omissions or mistakes. A max of 5 changes are accommodated free of charge, €4 per change thereafter, or avail of our world wide “One on One” book design serves. If you have very specific ideas for your book and want full control, this is the way to go. It’s an on line serves available world wide, where you can participate fully with the book design and get that personal bespoke book you are after. Just enquire.
Photo Selection
You will need to pick out photo's of your player from each match. It’s as simple as clicking the "Heart" every time you see a photo of your player. You need only pick out photo s of your player from each match. We will double check the full library to be sure we have all the shots of your player and pull in additional photos of the rest of the team to create a memorable book. Click here to see how
If you would prefer us to do the full selection, we can. You need do nothing but approve the proof copy. There is a nominal charge of €20 for this serves. If no selection is made within 2 months of the end of the event, this serves and charge will be applied, after which no refunds can be accepted.
