Terms and Conditions
No book or collage can be designed without a selection.
It is the client's responsibility to make a selection and share their selection with "The Photographer"
Photo Books/collages are fully refundable up to a maximum of six weeks after the last match in the relevant event. Photos books/collages can not be refunded beyond the six weeks deadline.
If a client fails to make and "share" a selection within six weeks of the last match the order is considered abandoned and may be cancelled without refund.
No book or collage is printed without client proof approval.
Should the client fail to "Approve" the proof or submit a "change request" using the online "Proofer" within 6 weeks of the proof being sent, the order may be considered abandoned and cancelled without refund.
We reserve the right to impose a retrieval fee of €25 and/or the printing & shipping to retrieve an abandoned book.
Abandoned books may be deleted without notification.
Proofs of all work will be submitted for customer’s approval by email. It is the client's responsibility to provide a valid and monitored email address.
The approved proof is what will be printed, no further edit or change's to images, texts or other assets will be made. While every care has been taken in the design and preparation of your product, the Customer is 100% responsible for the accuracy of the approved proof. The approved proof can not be cancelled or refunded.
gpfoto will not accept any liability for errors or mistakes that have been approved by the Customer. Please take care for misspelt words, factual errors, grammatical mistakes, and so no, the image quality will be better than that in the proof (as viewed on a PC screen) but never worse, please check the proof thoroughly, use the zoom function as needed.
Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects and/or does not match the approved proof; gpfoto will re-print the job at no charge. gpfoto maintains the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. In order to receive a reprint, the Customer must first return received the product within 15 days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken.
Copy right: The owner ("gpfoto") of the copyrighted product(s) being purchased (the "Work") retains all rights in the Work and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, market and distribute, online and in print the Work in all markets and territories. You are prohibited from using the Work to create printed copies, including: using the Work online; creating electronic copies of the Work; or using the Work as part of a trademark, service mark, or logo. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future. gpfoto may amend and update the terms and conditions in the future without notification.
